What to expect - a typical 3 days itinerary:
The Wine Route in the Colchagua Valley
One of Chile’s most prestigious wine regions, internationally acclaimed for its exceptional reds, and timeless charm. Nestled in the heart of the central region, the Colchagua Valley is the icon of Chilean wine production — and the perfect place to immerse yourself in its culture, history, and flavors.
Day 1 – Welcome to Wine Country
Pickup in Santiago → Colchagua Valley (1.5 hrs)
Your journey begins with a scenic drive to Viña Casa Silva, one of the valley’s most historic wineries, complete with a beautiful mansion and the oldest cellars in the area. Enjoy a private tasting paired with regional flavors and witness a captivating demonstration of the traditional Chilean rodeo.
Next, visit Hacienda Los Lingues, a heritage estate with over 400 years of history. Explore its one-of-a-kind colonial mansion, centuries-old gardens, and chapel — a true step back in time. Spend the afternoon relaxing in the countryside:

Lounge by the pool
Horseback ride or cycle through the vineyards
Unwind beneath centuries-old trees
In the evening, we’ll visit Santa Cruz’s central plaza before checking into the charming Solaz Bella Vista Hotel for your first night in wine country.
Day 2 – History, Wine, and Gourmet Experiences
Start the day with a sensational breakfast, then step into Chile’s rich history at the Colchagua Museum — the largest private museum in South America. Discover the stories of pre-Hispanic cultures, European arrival, and the shaping of modern Chile through fascinating artifacts and exhibits.
From there, we head to the stunning Apalta Valley to visit Viña Montes, one of Chile’s most celebrated wineries. Taste their iconic Montes Alpha and Purple Angel wines while learning about their innovative winemaking techniques.
Lunch will be a highlight at the famous Fuegos de Apalta restaurant, where world-class cuisine meets vineyard views.
Optional afternoon: Visit Viña Neyen, home to 130-year-old vines and organic, biodynamic vineyards. Enjoy a peaceful tour and wine tasting as the sun sets over the coastal mountains.
Day 3 – Farewell with One Last Toast
On our return journey to Santiago, we’ll stop at Viña Viu Manent, founded in 1935 by a Catalan winemaker and renowned for its Cabernet, Carménère, Syrah, and Malbec. This sustainable winery even produces award-winning vegan wines such as Gran Reserva and Secreto.

Conclude your visit with a specialized tasting, followed by a farewell lunch at the winery’s La Rayuela restaurant before returning to Santiago.
